Palate
Early palate shows good “soft fruit” character (e.g. cherries and red currents). This is quickly joined by a degree of tannin, and oak character, giving body to the wine. A fruit-driven style, that lingers well.

Menu Suggestions
This is a relatively soft, and fruity, red wine. It is therefore ideal with a range of food. Particularly recommended with poultry and game.
