Appearance

Aroma
Soft fruit aromas – cherries and strawberries. Hints of spicy oak, and chocolate.

Palate
Early palate shows intense, rich, soft fruit character. This is quickly backed up with a balanced level of soft tannins. The wine shows a good level of depth and complexity, with a long finish.

Ideal with white meats , and may be particularly successful with seafood and pasta dishes.
