Aromatic, with strains of elderflower, tropical fruit (e.g. passion-fruit and lychees), and spices.

Palate
The floral and tropical fruit aroma continues through to the palate. The wine still retains good freshness, and the complex characters culminate in a sustained finish.

Menu Suggestions
Ideal with all white meat and fish dishes. Also popular as an aperitif, and would work well with Chinese and other lightly spiced foods.
